We look at the full customer journey, product-market fit through retention, and back it with the strategy, art, and capital it needs for momentum. We’ve founded companies, exited, spent years inside startups and enterprises, and know where the traps are.
SeaVees had been dormant for 37 years when we relaunched it. The strategy was retail-first, using collaborations with Pantone, James Perse, and J.Crew to put the shoe in front of audiences who already trusted those partners. The art was making a decades-old shoe feel current: vintage silhouettes, modern comfort, a story rooted in real California history. A seed round with Deckers Outdoor Corporation and a Series A backed by Hermès and Simon Property Group funded the growth. The company exited to Pentland Brands.

“Working with the Field Office team, I saw firsthand how exceptionally creative they are. They connect unexpected dots, see around corners, and bring a level of thinking that consistently pushes the work somewhere more original and unexpected.”— Michael Smith, Regeneration.vc

Cleverific is a SaaS app for Shopify merchants. We built product and growth from the ground up, from first users on, keeping retention high with every new feature. It grew into a seven-figure ARR business, bootstrapped, profitable, and still running strong after a decade.
Calico builds AI tools for teams who design, source, and manufacture apparel and accessories. We reshaped the product itself, opening up a customer base the company couldn’t reach before, from core brands like Sendero to established names like Everlane. Our business development took it further, putting Calico in front of The North Face, UGG, Lululemon, and LL Bean. Financing followed the same trajectory: Calico moved from Seed to Series A, and we’re now partners in the business.

So the pieces arrive separately and have to find each other. Walls first, roof bounces in after and lands on top.
The triangle feels like it lost momentum and started again (think bocce).
Its last hop was higher than the one before it. Each hop should lose energy. Cutting the extra skip.
The handwritten notes are still too big. Something happened?
Yes. I was measuring the box, not the drawing inside it. Resizing by the handwriting itself.
